I would like to know and/or to define what we want to discuss and dialogue here, what do you mean?
for me could be very interesting:
-> to exchange about the efforts towards the loclisation of FOSS applications to Khmer. Here I am meaning the localisation of Openoffice, of some CMS (like joomla), etc.
-> to exchange about the distros, what are more used in Cambodia. I realised that OpenSuse is mostly used.

During my time in Cambodia, I had the honour to speak with a very young and intelligent gentleman, Rethy. He is developing a new distro for Cambodia. I believe, that Rethy will be one of the best OSS developers in Cambodia.
